- We charge for the diagnostic scan which identifies the fault code and lets us advise on repairs needed. Call 0121 544 3736 for the current fee.
- Will a diagnostic tell me what is wrong?
- A scan reads the fault codes but we also do live data checks and component tests to confirm the root cause, not just the symptom.
- Can you diagnose hybrid or electric cars?
- Yes. We can advise on electric vehicle maintenance and run diagnostics on most hybrid cars. Some specialist EV work may need a specialist centre.
