- Is an oil change the same as a service?
- No. An oil change covers the oil and filter only. A service adds a full inspection, other filters and fluid checks. If you are due a service, we will suggest that instead so you are not paying twice.
- How often should I change my engine oil?
- Most cars need fresh oil every 12 months or at the mileage in the handbook, whichever comes first. Lots of short trips or towing can justify changing it sooner.
